I’ve been sedentary for my whole life until this past October. My doctors told me ‘hey dummy, you know you have a bad heart. you’ll need a transplant in the near future but if you don’t get active it’s not gonna help.’ 5 minutes at a ~40min/mi pace was all I could handle at first.
