I've got two tablets. A rooted kindle fire running a variation of ICS and my ipad. I want to love android. It's got a lot going for it. Can somebody show a brother some love and tell me if there is a really solid (great ui, good parental controls, smooth/ fast) ROM to use on the fire that doesn't suck monkey balls.

Yeah, got a 4s for private use and an S3 for work, What a monumental piece of shit the S3 has turned out to be. Sorry, android has come a long way... but they still have a long way to go yet. Would never use one for private use.
