Living close to Dulles in the mid 80's, on windy days, we would get the Concord right over my house, wheels down. Extremely cool, and very loud.

When I graduated from college in 1993, Ikea(US) had a starter box like this. I got this for my first apartment, and used most everything that it came with. 30 years later, I still have a couple things in my kitchen from that box (a can opener that wont break even though it is mostly plastic).

be careful with this because there is a lot of sugar in the salad dressing (most salad dressings), and the sugar will burn/scorch if it gets too hot. It will likely taste good, but something to be aware of.

when you order Red Robin online, there is an option to get extra fries.  They actually give you a complete 2nd serving in my experience.

Also consider if your HPDE will require a roll bar in a convertible. I am not sure if the Miata RF would qualify for track days without a roll bar.  Another thing about Miatas, if you are tall, you may not fit comfortably.

The spy shots leading up to the introduction of the Crosstour showed a traditional wagon shape. Basically a tall TSX wagon. Everyone was very positive about this vehicle.

That big center knob is NOT a volume control. There is a small knob next to the CD slot for volume control (and the buttons on the steering wheel).

In the past (maybe it continues), the swirl on Snickers, Milky Way and Three Musketeers are all different so that the candy bars can be identified by sight(feel?). In addition, the chocolate on each bar is different, with the Milky Way chocolate being far superior to the other 2 candy bars in my opinion.

Why isn’t it called the Hoon-E-Tron?

Stretch the budget a little (or a lot), and get a 996/997 Turbo Cab. Unless you do something foolish to the car, it will be worth what you paid for it, possibly more. I would recommend going with an unusual color (not white, black or silver). Mileage on the vehicle should not matter, and higher mileage would mean

Agreed. the artificial peach flavor is too strong in this drink. There is another chain exclusive Mountain Dew at Bojangles - Southern Shock. This is a Fruit Punch flavored soda, and it is excellent.  If they offered it with zero sugar, and sold it in stores, it would be my beverage of choice.

I wonder if they are going to do the same thing that they did when the Highlander was introduced, make it ride more like a truck.

The king of McD’s breakfast are the gravy biscuits. Maybe only available in the south, but this is something unexpectedly good from a fast food restaurant.

I don’t disagree that it is the people, but people that purchase Toyotas typically do not have a passion about cars. In my experience ‘car’ people care about what they drive and how they drive. Whereas people that don’t care about their car or cars in general, typically don’t care about the activity of driving.

I agree that all people do dumb things in cars. I am not perfect, I have done dumb things. But, when I see an overwhelming percent of what I consider poor drving decisions being done by people in Toyotas, there is a coorelation. The people that I know that have/drive Toyotas have a different outlook about what driving

Driving is an activity that requires more than just turning the wheel, pushing the accelerator and brake pedals. There is skill involved, and in truth, being aware of things outside of your vehicle and beyond your control is a big part of driving on public roads.
