I think you are getting artwork and “bullshot” confused. All Naughty Dog games have used artwork as covers for their games. This is most definitely digital artwork (and might actually be the reversible cover noted on the retail discs). Bullshots are supposed screenshots of gameplay/in-engine that are heavily doctored.

That weird SMT idol game and Paper Mario are both scheduled for Wii U this year, but other than that, this is reminiscent of the Wii’s last two years!
