Looks like the show's real inquiry is into the 'enigma of evil'. Let's hope evil retains its mystery or intrigue.

Looking seems to be a mumblecore version of Sex and the City. It isn't the most obvious combination of elements, but I really like the low key/natural approach to gay men. There are no drama queens here, and it humanizes (or grounds) the characters and their interactions.
You need to play closer attention Monkey. She's already lost weight - and to be frank, kudos to her for allowing herself to put on weight post tv pregnancy (assuming its related).

I'm not convinced Walt knew that Skyler was terrified and/or disgusted by him. He knew she had reservations but appeared to be oblivious to the effect his actions were having on her.

I hope the series doesn't end by legalizing marijuana in some way, or by developing a 'legitimate' alternative to 'illicit' drugs. That would be too easy and incredibly lame.

Hit and Miss is a lame Trojan horse - a story about a transsexual smuggled within the tale of a hit(wo)man. The two stories don't gell and its a blatant attempt to get people to watch a show they might not otherwise be interested in.

I'm surprised you didn't comment about the show's view of women in this episode - if the series was (primarily) written by a man, it would either be called misogynist or an instance of wish fulfillment.
