But in spite of that, nothing she's done has been successful? Not music, Top Model, etc. etc.

HOW on earth does Rita Ora keep getting all these gigs?
I'm starting believe that nothing will rid us of Cheeto Benito.
You got it! Hahahaha. All these articles tell me who I am supposed to be, and I just don't identify. Maybe because I'm a millennial who was born in the 80s? I can make myself eat it b/c it's healthy. But I hate avocado.
Every time I read one of these articles I'm reminded of what a shit millennial I am. If I weren't there, I'd question the year I was born.
Yes! I am not exaggerating when I say I feel like there is better content than anything he's created to date on YouTube.
And the money and the following are what he uses to validate his talent and call everyone else a hater.
If I were married to Morris Chestnut, the last thing I would want to do is ruin it by importing another woman to have kids. I'd much rather just enjoy his silk pajamas and drink expensive wine. In countries all over the world.
It really amazes me that so many people are so invested in this man's next CD. I guess I'm a total outlier. I preferred his mixtapes to Channel Orange. And I still think he's a tad overrated. Did y'all see that performance at the Grammys?
Thank you.
Maybe the lack of character development is one of the problems with these types of films? And I can't tell if that's snark, but I don't see how that would undermine the faith basis of the film. If anything, just like in real life, I think man's humanity ought to underscore it.
Get On Up seemed to be in limited release. I couldn't find a theater near me that was showing it, so that could be part of the reason people weren't really talking about it? 42 did seem to get a lukewarm reaction or none at all, if I remember correctly…
Nah. He doesn't deal in facts, accuracy or truthiness.
Well, this is disheartening, though not surprising. I would rather not see anymore "biopics" made if they are not going to be good. Is this like an obligatory BHM bone or something? Next year we'll get Bessie Coleman or Althea Gibson? The year after that, another man?
"Real Time with Bill Maher" still comes on? Who knew? I really enjoyed both "Spotlight" and "The Big Short." May have to check out some of the other winners.
*cries real tears of laughter*
"Someone who looks just like me who reiterates everything anyone who hated me ever said."
God, this is so, so true. I described it to a friend as looking into one of those fun house mirrors made of distorted glass.
I am. And I really, really love it. This is the best comments section I think I have ever encountered.
Agreed. I was genuinely surprised by how much I enjoyed that movie. The previews had me underwhelmed.
