yea it is kinda weird that it’s never really mentioned that they made a ton of the physical game and it’s still widely available everywhere I’ve been.

To support this illegal activity, Team Xecuter allegedly helped create and support online libraries of pirated videogames for its customers, and several of the enterprise’s devices came preloaded with numerous pirated videogames
So its, “So long, Gary Bowser?”
Man, it’d be a shame if in the next paragraph I said something like
The best Metroidvania of the year and not one mention of the actual Metroid that just came out?
Jeez...it’s a freaking startup, can you just give him some slack.
Is forcing you to explore bad game design?
This is being pedantic though. Yes, Metroid existed before the term metroidvania existed, but it perfectly fits the definition of a Metroidvania and it’s a common video game term to use.
This is so funny to me who has played everysingle metroid game trought my life and honestly fealt dread was pretty straightfoward, not linear mind you but if it looked like you couldn’t do something you most definetly couldn’t until you got a new power.
The map is so good on its own that I’ve barely felt the need to. One thing you can always rely on the Metroid series for is a damn good map.

I think it’s an equally dumb thing to say to a boy in this context.
Kind of the opposite. Having it as a toggle would make it more fun for a wider amount of people.
Yes, heaven forbid players want a perfectly fine and usable feature from previous games to continue to be perfectly fine and usable, rather than being taken away for arbitrary reasons.
So... what’s the issue? Why is making it a toggle, which allows the player extra choice in how they play, which is what the Pokémon series has emphasized virtually ITS ENTIRE EXISTENCE, a bad thing? Why is constantly holding the players’ hand throughout the entire adventure a great thing that should be celebrated?
I disagree that exp. sharing isn’t making a difference in the games being too easy. With Sw/Sh it was almost impossible to go into any fight underleveled. The game can basically be played on autopilot.
Why? That “I told you so” moment does nothing helpful. It’s just a bunch of people acting like they’re somehow better and more pure for not having liked something. Saying “I never liked ‘em!” after the fact does nothing but inflate the person’s ego who says it. It’s just annoying grandstanding by people who want to…
Back 4 Blood is on game pass if that helps at all.
