The thing I liked about Dragon Age Inquisition's side quests was that they were very easy to identify. I always knew that someone who lost a something somewhere, or needed 5 of a specific thing, or something small were a side quest, that I didn't have to do by any means.
Same boat. I've been playing the campaigns and having a blast, but I still can't swap to multiplayer unless it's local. I actually did get in games yesterday on Halo 3 just fine, but all the other playlists were laggy for me if I did get in game.
Because the article has a title. And Fantasy is a different genre...
"They" here is a combination between the publisher and the developer. I doubt 343 had as much say in it as Microsoft did, who wanted a product pushed.
The great part about that command is that it's a part of Frostbite, so you can use that in Battlefield or any other Frostbite games too.
I like the point you bring up. The big thing here is that it seems Valve wants the games that release through Early Access to actually be worth the money they're asking for, so luckily I think we're taking steps to getting there.
I sucks that you guys don't get to post real articles about MCC multiplayer until the game actually works :( With this and Unity, it's been a real bummer of week thinking that these games were "releasing" this week...
I liked and disliked parts of Gen 3, but you're arguing against points like "it was the worst gen" and "it didn't have diversity" that I didn't make. I just think it had weak points that I would like see addressed in the remake. We're on the same boat man, let's not sink it!
Oh sorry, I'll stop using the water routes as an excuse for it "suffering," that's my bad. You're right, it wasn't the designers' fault that the design of the game was confusing to some of "my people," it was my fault I didn't buy the guide, or look it up online. You're right, the game was pretty diverse too, as I…
I want to be friends with this man, because I'm cracking up just listening to him laugh at a simple math error, lol. #nohomo
Completely agree. Just like Yannick points out, they don't even have enough time anymore to fix any of the series' real problems. And why is the competitive multiplayer missing? Black Flag was a step in the right direction, and instead of implementing that, they're milking it for Rogue, and Unity didn't even have…
"There are children in Africa"
The anti-Ubisoft-PC-gamer in me hopes that Steam told Ubisoft to f*ck off if they won't fully activate their PC titles (Watch Dogs and the console PC caps) but the reasonable part of me knows that it probably isn't the case.
Completely agree! What helped me get over a lot of it was taking Facebook and the others off of my browser homepages and bookmarks, and only getting on when I actually needed to message somebody or something more important. I went through a few mood swings after that, but like you said, I came out a lot happier…
The only thing I can think of that would've swayed them away from that option is maybe the cost of the bluray discs and being eco friendly, but even then... =/
As a PC gamer that doesn't have to pay subscription fees to play online, I'll tell you that it pretty much is. Sure, as long as these developers keep including these fees on their games, both consoles will be plagued, as with any free to play game, but inherently at the beginning I pay an average of $50 a year less…
I can get any of those free through in game item drops, and the game itself is free as well. Hell, I could even trade items with friends in game. I still haven't figured out how to play Forza multiplayer on an XBox One and get extra cars without buying XBox Live and DLC car packs.
As a PC guy, thank you for showing me how to toggle my e-peen counter (FPS).
As a guy who gets scared easily, WHY ARE WE ALREADY GIVING ME THE CHEAT CODES?
The article mentioned that he spent a little over two years with some help, so I'm guessing they had plans and were big fans of the game, and were doing more in free time than anything.
