I have seen a disturbing amount of xenophobia on these boards (the Tencent mention in the article can be seen as xenophobic as well) and I just don't understand it. Should China ban CoD as clear US Government sponsored propoganda on the mere fact that Activision is a US Company?

I also can’t help but wonder if Marvel is throwing Sony a few bones to keep their relationship on good terms so they can continue to use the character in the MCU without Sony rocking the boat. 

What does showing support even mean if you are willing to sacrifice those beliefs of equality for enormous amounts of cash and growth opportunity... It’s almost like showing pride support at all was, in itself, a pandering opportunistic cash grab in the first place.
