I can’t for the life of me imagine why they decided to reboot Project Greenlight. It’s not as if the original concept launched anyone’s career. The only person of note that I remember is Shia LaBeouf from Battle of Shaker Heights and he was already doing a show on Disney by that point.
I was shocked to find out it was still on. I know Damon/Affleck had their little “we’re serious film people” moment 15 years ago, but until the controversy this season, I just assumed it had died out.
