VW Alltrack is the answer. Its a relatively light wagon and can be made to handle very well. Rear sway bar makes a huge difference, and just a tune gets it to 230hp. But if you like to mod its common to also go golf R turbo and tune for a min of 350hp. But the interior design, stereo, and DSG auto are all great.

Im pretty sure his mom is always turned on

I quite like the dash mounted shifter. I thought it would be weird at first but i loved it when i owned one. The Matrix and the Civic SI both had them

As someone who was born in 1974 i would have to pick a Datsun 260Z

Jean Carroll just purchased 75 of these BTW

He purchased a Diablo out of respect for the being who helped him gain his political power

I think the internet has a new Godwins law. It states that the dumbest person in the thread will immediately identify themselves in their first post by calling anything they disagee with as “communism”

I love how the makers of this car are like fuck-it this piece of crap is never making it past 100k miles.  lets leave a digit off the odometer to save 50 cents

The Nissan Maxima. What was once a great car in the 90s is now something i forget they still even make

agreed the AP1 was the better design IMO. This just breaks the symetry

The S2000 also has a cool feature on its tach. its not linear. It spreads out as you hit higher RPM so when driving it in the proper range there is a lot of tach movement. My only complaint about digital speedometers is that they just have way too slow of a display update. I want one that shows every mph as i cross

my current car is a MK7 Alltrack and i do like its simple layout

One thing i like about MK7 GTI is it has a nice simple analog setup

Scion xD had a really cool design for a super cheap car

second would have to be the elegant simplicity of the S2000 and its symmetric controls and AP1 symmetric gauges

My vote is the Lexus IS300. Love the design and its elegance

But in reality the car i own now that id drive to 250k is my Alltrack, that im steadily modifying to be even more fun. reliable enough if taken care of, and lots of fun when modded.

250k miles huh? Well its got to be a wagon, and its got to be fun to drive, and it needs to be reliable. And im doing this to save money so it needs to have a reasonable starting price. So i guess here in the US ill just be taking the bus. Shit, nevermind, we dont have public transportation in Texas guess ill just walk

I test drove one and said no thanks and got the GTI which was quicker with significantly less HP and modded easier

The Focus ST was neither. But the real answer are the stupid heavy muscle cars
