for me it was the GT-86/BRZ the first concept was great and it was supposed to be priced lower and with more power. The final product was lacking and i gave up on waiting years for it so i just purchased a used S2000 instead which is a way better car anyway

fixing how companies game the mpg system is a welcome change. it will better reflect the reality of the situation

agreed.  And they have had a manual in the Soul at times in the past.

yes if you dont have a plug dont buy a plugin. but atleast if you are renting and go from a place with a plug to a place without, you can still drive the PHEV. if you have an EV youd have to sell it

It will be cross shopped at this price with the M430.  or the 330.  But hopefully its just under $50k or else its really getting too expensive

almost 50 year old me loves a good manual even in stop and go. But if i were wanting an auto, a honda auto is not what id want. Id be shopping for a Golf R with the DSG auto and awd which is likely significantly quicker than the integra. Integra has a better interior however and looks better and likely handles a

the advantage of the PHEV is being able to get 44 miles of EV when leaving your house. Since the avg american drives less than 50 miles a day, this would make most commutes gas free and takes none of your time.  if you have to go to a charging station and spend time every single day, youre better off with just the

this is the interior youre complaining about

but a PHEV is going to have the same problem. If you cant charge at home dont get anything that needs a plug

honestly a PHEV is the best solution for many people.  until charging infrastructure is everywhere, and batteries are better, and people get over their range anxiety and belief that they road trip every day, the PHEV is the best solution

oh youre not too familiar with modern cars there are tons that are worse.

back then the 2nd gen xB i liked a lot lot better than the Soul  Especially with a manual.  sad the xB didnt continue.  The 2nd gen was a much better car for daily living even if it wasnt as quirky

Kia Soul are really great cars for the money. My wife had the redline and its seriously hard to find more car for the money than that. It was also decently fun to drive being so light and hp wasnt too bad either at 164hp and NA.

why you like this reminds me why i have a VW Alltrack and like it even more. 1.8L turbo with 168hp AWD and REAL transmission choices. A manual or a DSG. and even more cargo space and roof rails. The only thing its missing is better performance but thats very easily remedied with that car being a turbo.  Wish VW made a

i think you could improve the look a bit with some wrap

Evoras are great but just keep in mind with a manual Evora you will have to eventuallychange the clutch and it can cost between $5k-$8k to do so

but this is a type-S not a type R.  Back then the civic SI had 160hp and the Integra Type-S had 170hp.  thankfully this type-S has higher than Type-R levels of hp

Another not well known option is the Acura TL. The early 2000s model is gorgeous but likely hard to find with reasonable miles. but starting with the large model in 2010 they had 305hp, AWD and manual if you can find one. And personally i love the interior

agreed and since im not a truck/jeep person im prob one of the few who really likes this modded version

Land Rover, more like Land Slider... #AmIRight
