it should have a range that indicates how much it can make things colder or hotter. like -11 is max cold, +11 is max hot.

Technology, yes cars are getting faster and more efficient
Form factor NO cars are getting heavier and taller and all turning into SUVs.
Transmissions - mixed, some are getting good autos and dual clutch while many are going backwards with CVTs

I dont care for the small dash mounted display. I much prefer a larger lower mounted display thats within reach of touch screen inputs like this. I cant stand not being able to touch the display.
