I’m pretty sure that a game in the Harry Potter world is aimed at people who are Harry Potter lovers.  There are all kinds of big-budget open-world action/RPG type games - why would anyone even want to play one set in the Harry Potter universe if not a fan of the Harry Potter universe?

Despite growing up at exactly the right time to be a Harry Potter fan, past the first three books when I was young, I never really was. I did find the world to be somewhat interesting, but past that I was never as taken with the story itself.
