I wouldn’t be surprised if the game plays like any other fixed view shooter, but then you can replay the “recording” which uncouples the cameras and you get to watch your gameplay rendered in the bodycam style.

Yup exactly! On my case, the defendant sent an email to the plaintiff’s work email that supposedly everyone in the company had “access” to (he had no idea). They used that email as evidence of the defamation despite having zero proof anyone at the company saw it.

I think e3 shot themselves in the foot when they started selling tickets to the public. Trying to compete with PAX, they made those journalists and business people not want to go. When business people stopped showing up the execs were prob like what’s the point?

I like that people think Sony has always had their first party studios and successful game franchises. Naughty Dog was aquired in 2001, Guerilla in 2005, etc. These studios made good games for PS exclusively for one reason or another then got bought. Playing the Beta made me miss D3. The way D3 did a better job of telling you what items were superior to others by factoring in more of the secondary stats, which D4 does not do. Too often it would say a piece of common armor was stronger than my rare armor and that makes the micromanagement a pain.

Not to mention EA Play only comes with the Pc Game Pass or Ultimate tiers. It could have been added to regular console only Game Pass if M$ threw a bunch of money at em.

Exactly. Too many precidents already that will allow this to go through, not to mention if M$ keeps following up on it’s promises like signing the Nintendo deal, regulators will have no other option but to approve it (albiet begrudgingly).

Phil Spencer was talking about a brand new game, not one that had been out for X amount of time already as the UK’s note is referring to. How can sales decrease if the game just launched and there is no prior sales data to compare to?

I sold my Switch once the performance started taking a nosedive. Writing was on the wall that a new Switch was inevitable but it never came. I also sold it for same price as brand new (it was a first gen that was easily hackable).
