Registration marks are key! I think I spent more time lining up multiple colors than making the screens. It's also nice if you have nice fine adjusters too.

OMG! Don't just pour the emulsion on the screen! Use a special emulsion spreader. It looks like a small trough but has a really nice clean edge.
