Actually I think I have met resistance when trying to add 5 logical partitions on a drive. I had to extend 2 of them to get the scheme to work. I might have been drunk at the time also.

It might have something to do with Windows being unable to access more than the first partition on a flash drive. The persistence is probably obtained with a second partition labeled casper-rw.

In a pinch, using a piece of sewing thread tied to each side of the needle then tied together and hung will work as well. But wind will make it unusable.

I might have to politely disagree. Airlines' main expense is fuel and operation. Then it's probably having something to do with permits for traffic to and from the port. If fuel costs keep increasing and every airport is in constant expansion or reconstruction then of course the cost to the customer will increase.
