I have seen SO many ads for Todd fucking Chrisley. I just cannot imagine watching an episode of that shit.
Reminder: Ming-Na Wen is 50 years old. I'd like to be that fit at 50, but I'm pretty sure I've never been that fit.
I figured Nash's character was maybe having some fidelity issues or relationship trouble to start with, and Mindy just tempted her enough. Made sense to me.
The best part is, while the obvious interpretation is he's making up a contrived hypothetical, there's the slim chance that he has been in that situation.
Her reactions on getting her shoulders rubbed were… distracting.
This was the funniest episode in some time. The story seemed to be there just to facilitate all the jokes, and it was worth it because everything hit. Winston-as-Schmidt on the phone, the seminar, Nick's monologue, just all of it.
I think this was the episode that made me a fan of the show, and that scene was a huge part of it.
She just seems to have that build- tall, willowy.
Please. Please. A-please-please.
Really solid pilot. Quite a few funny bits in among the character setup- the Diana and Challenger jokes stood out to me, as did Annie saying "we'll just never know" which of her dads is her biological father.
The actors also seem to naturally have chemistry, which helps a lot. It took me a while to appreciate just how much Nicole Beharie brings to the equation but she's always credible.
Looking forward to the Single Female Lawyer crossover.

While I agree with the general point, I'm pretty sure I could see Ambrose prank Rollins forever.
Once you've Billy Joeled you're bonded for life!
Watched the Blu-Ray of the MST3K movie, and finally got to see some of the scenes they deleted. This has always been one studio editing job that stood out to me- this was a micro-budgeted film and they ended up completely dumping it anyway, so why did they insist on interfering at every stage of the production? I also…
This is the weirdest Tarkovsky remake I've ever seen.
I'm not sure how much you should stake on an ensemble sitcom not going to the relationship well. It's kind of inevitable, and I don't really see it as a negative. Stories are about people, people get into romantic relationships.
The shot of an ancient castle was a nice touch, as well as seeing one of the guys in the hallway before he entered the scene.
