No need to bring Hammond into this :)

Great! So, now, the 19yr old tattooed gangster-wannabe drives the same brand as an 80yr old grandma. Awesome!
Touche! But it looks to be a winner... as you said, MS is too big to fail again. Plus, with the phone, they were competing against some big players and it was already a saturated, crowded market space - they needed an absolute, instant winner to carve out a chunk... with the HoloLens, they’d be the first.
No, it’s similar to not caring about your performance at your current job because you have a better one. Either way, you’re good as long as you have at least one winner :)
IMO, HoloLens is the next important personal gadget, much bigger than VR. I’ll be waiting with bated breath for it to come down to our plebeian price levels.
Oh, what in hell am I doing sitting in this stinky office and appearing to work! I should be on one of those roads in a 250 GTO... or any 911... or anything with 3-pedals. Sigh.
In all fairness, my experience with Apple Pay has been a million times better than Android Pay (or Samsung Pay). I have a 6S and a Note 5 (had an S6 Edge+ before the Note). The Samsung phones are extremely moody and they only worked on the readers when held a certain way, probably aligned with the correct star…
Card-less ATMs... pssh. I’d much rather have ATMs booths or slightly enclosed cash dispensing machines. In downtown LA, ATMs are right on the sidewalk. Feels like I’m inviting trouble withdrawing at night.
LOL, that was fun!! :) But the whole thing reeks of “I told you so” or “What did you think will happen”... Haha. And the only thing missing from your acceleration bit was a Clarksonian “Poweeerrrrrr!” only for the outside-shot of you doing 4mph :)
LOL, I’d say! Btw, IN = Indiana not India or Indonesia :)
I would love to have a reasonably priced desktop model of an engine, the V-er, the better. 3D printing has been hit/miss in the past.
LOL, I thought of putting in °F but then playing with people’s minds is better :)
I’m watching this at work without audio but did they forget to put winter tires/chains on?
Exactly... although I like all the adventure & the fun of snow (I lived in Northern IN for 4yrs), I still like to rub it in as I type this from Orange County, CA - it’s been a sunny 22C all day :)
I guess I’m a really bad person... ‘coz I was laughing my way through that video. Looking at those helpless cars - full steering lock and/or locked wheels and under the influence of The Dark Force.
In all fairness, he didn’t complain about the criticism but to the attitude.
Ah gotchya. I can see how it must be hard to give up blipping with your right leg... it’s become second nature to me now. Do you remember if it rev-matches if you’re coasting in neutral and go into a gear?
Auto rev-match... how does that work? The car detects a deceleration and because the clutch is depressed, you’re about to shift down and matches the revs?
Awww, yissssss!
I believe it’s the epoxy used in the carbon-fiber layups that are highly flammable.
