Well, even a large plane has weak spots and the unpredictable nature of an unknown quadcopter is what makes it dangerous. If it falls to the ground, you never know who’ll get injured. But, I for one, would recommend just shooting it out... :)

Wow, so this is the second time that a drone halted firefighting ops. Just a few weeks ago, they had to stop putting out the Lake Fire, just south of this NorthFire ‘coz of some ass-hat flying a drone in the area. A DC-10 water tanker had to be diverted, along with other smaller tankers & ground ops halted. Idiots...

RIP Jules! For sure, a WDC contender.

Damn, he’s scary looking! At first, I thought it was a cartoon...!

He certainly behaves that way! So, I’d say that aura is fitting :)

But if you do keep the item that you bought through Try.com, you’re paying their commission as well. Also, the article says the shipping being free in context to trying it out. When you actually keep the item, do they retroactively charge you for shipping?

How’s this any different from buying it directly from the brand, trying it once it gets delivered and send it back for a full refund if it doesn’t fit...? All major brands do that anyway. Also, I’m guessing Try.com takes a commission (they have to, to feed themselves!)...

I also want to point out that this guy is quite a good driver. Having driven through those canyons many times, I can tell you that most drivers don’t pay attention to the lines at all. This guy kept it between the lines, on his side of the road, going backwards and that makes him better than most drivers going

I love that shifter! Oh my... I’ve had a crisis.

LOL, it’s a bit funny. I drove this stretch this weekend and just like you, never would’ve thought to drive it backwards! Heck, I’m done with reverse after backing out of a parking spot. And anything more than 20mph and the transmission would be whining at high rpms - that’s gotta be annoying.

Now playing

Ha! I read that in Tom Haverford’s voice “hashtag dressed”... LOL

Well, at least you could’ve put it as #5 on the list :)

Go Speed Racer!

My thoughts exactly... I’ll forever think of the 110 & 10 pictures when I’m driving through those.

Completely agree with your article! But I do want to point out another pet peeve with regard to lane discipline - morons who change lanes for no reason. This might be a California thing ‘coz I haven’t seen it in the midwest and only a bit on the east coast.

Well, in all fairness to left-lane hogs, they aren’t aware that they need to keep the left-lane free. From their perspective, all lanes are the same; technically lefter the lane, the faster it is but who cares anymore - I’ve had to go all the way to the right lane to overtake cars in Southern California while doing

Apt name for an aircraft... even an airline, if they ever go that route.

Crash was quite horrible. Why the hell were some spectators pumping their fists in the air...? All the fire & gore made them that happy??

I thought this looked like The Snake on Mullholland. Either way, it’s quite similar and I’ve stood on the outside of turns like this when the bikers descend upon The Snake. I realized a long time ago that standing on the outside, especially opposite the apex of the turn, gives you amazing shots but is also the most
