Don’t buy from them. You get a phone that is more locked down and updates are probably going to be very delayed. Buy from Google and you can still use it on Verizon. They even offer free financing. If you order from Google you don’t get $100 gift card or the chromecast but you do get a free daydream VR viewer ($80

In all honesty, good. I f’ing hate Omnigul, I hate the farming cheese, and it gets old when ALL your clan wants to do is farm her for their alts.

Did you not enjoy the bleak landscapes, melancholy dialogue, and definitive ending?

Sounds like a great reason to not play it again

God bless the people that make these things

I have a bunch of old AD&D game saves on 3.5" and tape, I’ve never accessed them at all. And I have to keep that frickin tape drive and floppy drive around in the garage too. Waste of space.

If you want a study in re-using the same theme with different styles, check out the soundtrack for Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins (on the original Game Boy). A lot of songs on that soundtrack use the same melody as the main theme, just in a different style each time.

In the post up top they do note this:

What they’re advertising is that the two versions are gonna be on opposite ends of the clock for the day-night cycle.

no apologies needed! thank you for sharing your gaming memories. I love being able to share in those stories.

This.

I’ve always wanted a villainous team that is essentialy a false flag organization for some private security firm or something.

While I love N as a character the change with Team Plasma happened in Black and White themselves not their sequels and it did leave a bad taste in my mouth. At the climax of the game it was revealed that N might have been the figurehead of the group but the actual leader of Plasma was their primary sage and N’s

“Guzma...”
“What is it?”
“I’ve just noticed our uniforms have skulls on them.”
“So?”
“Guzma...are we the baddies?”

Got the game last night and played for about 3 hours. A few things right off the bat (PS4 version), it’s super pretty, exploring/crafting is deep enough to be interesting but simple enough to not be a total chore. Getting the ship into orbit for the first time is a really satisfying feeling. My son and I flew to a few
