In your fervor to always live up to your name, you’re missing the point that what people like McConnell are doing is not even listening to any ideas about how to get the poop off the walls; they’re content to just let it stay there because they do not want to think about any sort of effort or sacrifice on their parts

Seems weird that they can track down the scalpers for the Masters but god forbid they try and get anyone scalping tickets to something way less bourgeois

Seems like it wasn’t a very solid narrative if it was so easily poked through, but keep telling yourself that yOu’Re So SmArT

As a Mets/O’s dual-citizen

hey Mitch y’all said you would never forget so get fucking to it

Hey, I’ll play along!

lol “up to 14,000" =/= “a few”

your first mistake was going in feet first

jolly good

Tons of cool dudes in these replies literally confirming the point of the article.

I also don’t think anybody’s well-being should be tied to the ability of their employer and co-workers to perform well.

40% of a star for you

“Sure, he’s left a trail of unpaid contractors in his decades-long wake, but I’m sure *I’ll* be able to get him to pay on time!”

hey uhhh if they couldn’t get enough signatures to recall him, i would wager that he actually is representing the views of his constituents

this take is entirely too damn nuanced for deadspin

It is the meat aisle which contains products other than ground beef, such as sausages, sandwich meat, and steaks. The sections unifying theme is animal meat, which beyond meat is not. It belongs with the other substitutes.

For all the flippancy in the comments, this is a seriously fucked up thing to do. People decide not to eat meat for a variety of reasons - health reasons, religious reasons, or their own personal ethical choices - and I’m willing to bet a good majority of these customers took at least a bite out of this burger before

probably at the point they stop selling for $75K a pop (ie, not bloody likely)
