Neil, this is a great article, but one thing I think is missing is the fact that there’s no actual mass transit option to Nassau Coliseum - the closest station to the Coli is the Hempstead LIRR station about 2.6 miles away.  I think it confuses me that people are freaking out about Belmont having limited LIRR options…
