Personally I think the damage of undermining free speech has a far greater chance of tearing apart a country. I despise nazis, racists, bigots, you name it, but the same rights that protects them to say what they want also protects everyone else. Neil Gaiman wrote an excellent blog on the importance of free speech

Oh, yeah, Germany...super tolerant with free speech.

Do you also think its ok to punch black people that say white people should all be killed?

The only thing very clear is how ignorant and wrong you are. The belief that Jews or Blacks should be cleansed is to be tolerated such as every other belief, no matter how disgusting it is and how much one disagrees with. Thinking this way puts you on a never-ending path to making excuses as to why hitting x person

Its not OK tho. Just because someone might have disgusting ideals that you disagree with doesnt mean you have the right to assault them.

I may disagree with anything and everything he says, but id die to defend his right to say it.

Shh! Gawker doesn’t care about facts!

Yea I was going to say thats a pretty big stretch there.

There are linguistic variations, with people in different rural regions speaking with their own accents and dialects. Often, when people from the countryside move to Tokyo, they try to hide their local

I thought the general wisdom was to say “eff off” to these people because they may just go ahead and keep asking for more once you paid, or sell the info to someone else while collecting from you.

Because black hats are so well known for being honorable and holding to their word. Ya seen S3 of Black Mirror yet?

I hope you find Jesus one day and he does something, anything to help cure you. Or takes your keyboard away.

Fun is fun, man.

Commented already on the video: as dev and gamer these videos are very fascinating to me. On one side i’m also glad that cancelled games at least get some spotlight again that way, but on the other it also makes me sad. I mean just watching this video, it’s not just obvious to me that a lot of work has gone into this

And yet Spartan Assualt somehow got made. And somehow got a sequel!
