I believe this season is 12 episodes, so we are halfway there with six more to go and then an additional 12 episodes in season 2. Truly a bounty of riches!

Was really hoping to wait and binge this, but avoiding spoilers was getting tricky. So I went ahead and knocked out the first 6 last night. Now, waiting for the next three and then the second season, it’s safe to say I haven’t felt this level of anticipation for something Star Wars related since I was a kid in the

Andor is also succeeding in how real it feels. The good guys suffer losses in firefights, characters have motivations outside of the main plot, and you can feel the rebellion building through small clues like the little extra commotion in the senate or the guy joking about it while reading the news. A lesser show

Oh, and the Commandant dying of an apparent heart attack was some sweet poetic justice.

Man, this episode was truly fantastic. Tense, full of great flourishes and world building, bolstered by top notch performances, and it really made me question if the heist would be a success. And some really fantastic visuals, from the Eye to the reveal of the doctor having four arms.

Hi! So the phone requirement has only been waived for people who have played within the last year. Which isn’t particularly likely for a majority of individuals!

They didn’t axe Overwatch 1. They patched it and call it Overwatch 2 now.

Well with all these issues it’s a good thing they didn’t axe the original title, meaning fans could at least play that while waiting for the problems to be resolved.

Yep, Netflix Daredevil would have been out fighting Ninjas & letting his Clients go unrepresented unless Foggy happened to be there.

Matt’s competent lawyering was out-of-character for the Netflix Daredevil, too.

“Yeah, we can all tell he’s lying,” says the judge.

I mean, they had a whole episode where Matt tries to defend Punisher’s actions by claiming “sympathetic storming”.

Fighting, flipping around, fucking, and bleeding in his apartment.

Matt has “dated” a shocking amount of people, let’s put it that way.

I never knew about the fucking part, but I enjoyed this representation more than the *heavy* version done previously.

The tactility and believability of the fight scenes made Daredevil one of the best action shows. It had the (mostly) grounded physicality of the early Bourne movies and rich cinematic visuals. Why more shows cannot learn from its lessons I’ll never understand. Aside from Barry, few things have captured a real sense of

I think this single episode gave us more time with Matt in an actual courtroom than the entirety of the Netflix Daredevil series.

The 3 things Daredevil is most known for are the fighting, flipping about, and fucking. So to me this was a slam dunk of a return. Looking forward to see how they wrap everything up but whatever the finale brings I’m sure it will be taken really well by everyone.
