Yes, it’s Hera’s native Ryloth accent. Both her mother and father speak with a French accent and Hera eventually dropped it as her time with the Rebellion increased. When she’s stressed or angry, she switches back to it again like she did in Rebels when arguing with her father.

Given how bad season 8 was, and seasons 6-7 too, I’m not surprised.  I think people are over it.  George had 8 years to finish his other books so of course the show suffered in those last 3 seasons without his source material.

As others have said, it’s not just you. Any video clip I watch, once exited, zooms me back to the top of the page. All of the G/O sites are like this. Between that and it being damn near impossible to see which comments of yours people replied to in notifications, it’s a sorry mess.
