He's great in The Limey, which is a criminally underrated movie overall. It must have killed him to play a character type that he clearly hated, but that's acting, I guess.

Maybe, but Kershaw’s performance last night is a strong example of how he’s successfully adjusted his style over the past two years, while Keuchel's night was a (perhaps brief) return to form as he struggles to find himself after being dicked around by MLB for half the season. 

He almost did exactly that in 2004. In his on-the-field interview after winning the World Series, he mentioned becoming Saved and how he was hoping to see Bush re-elected because the country was in danger of going in the wrong direction. You could almost hear people tugging on their shit collars off-screen.

Nikki Minaj's verse on "Monster" was one of those seemingly out-of-nowhere moments that announced a new talent. Sadly (in my opinion, anyway) her solo work didn’t live up to her early hype nearly as well as Wayne's did.

My favorite moment is probably when Cage literally lifts Cher off her feet, and she asks “where are you taking me?” and he shouts (as only Nic Cage can shout), “to the bed!”

I’d say the first four seasons are definitely worth your time, with individual subplots ranging from decent to excellent (with most leaning towards the latter.)

Moore (regardless of age) made his career by tinkering with established properties, either directly (Swamp Thing, LEOG) or indirectly (Watchmen, Supreme.)
