Darvish almost single-handedly lost that Series for the Dodgers. Go back and look at the scores for the games he started and imagine they they might've been if even a halfway decent pitcher had taken the mound those days.

Hulk: “Hulk doesn’t care. Everyone hates Hulk anyway.”

    I hear there's also a "new" Mexico.

I hate this side of fandom. When Shyamalan's "Last Airbender" came out, a news site had a video montage of fans' angrily reacting to it after a screening. Among all the kids and adults complaining about the bad acting, bad effects, and bad story was some dude yelling that he wss most pissed off about them

I love many a Steamed Hams video, but this is the joke at its peak:

I certainly wouldn’t discourage any horror/suspense fans from seeing “Us,” especially if you’re primarily interested in the genre conventions. The first hour is a largely satisfying invasion/escape adventure. My wife generally agreed with the issues I had with the final act, but still loved the movie because it

Us” is a disappointment, especially considering who made it. It’s unfair to compare it to “Get Out,” since that was one of the best movies of the last several years regardless of genre, but it is fair to expect a higher level of storytelling than what “Us” provides.

Never underestimate the power of Boomer nostalgia.

That's good to hear, but it's still pitched as a $25 joke...

I came across a card game last year titled “We Didn’t Play Test This At All,” and thought it’d make a great gag gift for my gamer pal. Then I saw the $25 price tag and decided that he’d probably enjoy hearing about the idea of it just as much as actually owning it.

Did that episode first air in the 21st century? If so, then it didn't really happen.

“In the end, the negative stuff sticks and it works. I should never ever have forgotten that.” - Mark Goodin, campaign manager for Oliver North

We're shooting for 2023. First and foremost, it'll hopefully give the die-hard crowds a chance to die down a bit. Secondly, three solid years should be enough time for the people behind the scenes to figure out what works and what doesn't. Which rides are best? How can they be improved? Which stores are worth keeping?

What, Miss Bianca doesn't count as a "Disney princess" anymore?

The long takes, intense athleticism of the performances, and the required precision of the choreography in that scene make for something that has to be seen to be believed. If only the movie as a whole wasn’t such a weirdly lighthearted kidnapping fantasy.

It’s a little unorthodox, but I use postcard apps more than any personal printing service. Usually I intend printed photos for other people, not myself, so this saves a step.

I honestly don’t think I’ve ever seen anything like it, and that includes the MAGA crowd.

Shocking that a guy like you would defend a guy like Bauer.

Dunno if they still do this, but Yankee Stadium use to put up ropes along the aisles so people couldn’t leave the stands during God Bless America.

This is one of those movies that - before the twist-happy era ushered in by Sixth Sense and Fight Club - always turned up on “best endings” lists. I probably knew the last five minutes years before I saw the movie as a whole thing. It's a terrific film (and about as 70s as it gets) but it's easy to see why that final
