2012 here. I think it was electrical issue. But I won't turn down a whole new rear end for free.

The whole rear axle was replaced on mine at 50k. Fully covered under warranty.

I recently got a 2012 pro-4x. Coming from a GTI it was quite a transition into what is essentially a truck. Ive learned to love it, in all its plastic, slow, bulbous, glory. Lights on the roof and a locking dif I’ll never use? Sold!!

I have a crf250l and agree totally with the suspension. It's a little heavy to really attack a trail at speed. I do not think that was Honda's intent though. It will go anywhere a wr250r or KTM will go, just not as fast. It has good road manners for a dual-sport as well. That said, I have heard the Racetech

Just need a middleweight now. The CRF250l is a decent base for a small adventure bike. Now we have this big guy coming. I (and many others) would love to see the cb500 motor in a capable platform.

Kitchen table! Yes, that is a keg holding up my make-shift standing desk.
