I live in Europe and I like to quote you: everybody in America is taught and drives with the thought that the speed limit is the minimum to go. Than this is the confirmation that you are a Country of clueless, ignorant drivers, to put it mildly.
We're not so far. A little to the right. And it's called Western Europe. But that was not the point. The point are the retards that think that a speed limit must be kept as a cruising speed.
