She's very pretty, is in great shape, and has a terrific smile.
It's worth more than one mention!
Green seems to be the poster girl for "she's too good for this" projects. From that Camelot show to this to Dark Shadows to Penny Dreadful; she's always adventurous, has an ironclad grasp on her character, and is committed to providing entertainment to the audience every time she's on screen. She just needs to choose…
Curses, I got my episodes mixed up. I blame lack of sleep and that both plots revolve around guest star-voiced female children.
While Jones' "I don't care" is iconic, what really sold me on his character's badassery is how, seconds after having his hands up and looking scared as Kimble pointed a gun at him, Gerard's face goes stone cold as he reaches down and pulls out his spare pistol and starts stalking right the fuck after Kimble.
It's an almost perfect encapsulation of the two characters' personalities.
"Nice shootin', son. What's your name?"
"Murphy."
I very much enjoyed The Babadook, but shit… that kid was the real monster.
It's a great story, and he really sold it. I just wish it wasn't the only thing people talk about whenever his name comes up these days.
I love the shit about how he put a guy he just met into some kind of headlock, then they cut to Peters and he's all, "well, as an established street fighter, it's important to display toughness and dominance" (or some similar bullshit) as he sits in a big comfy chair while wearing a satin shirt.
I thought it was so the dudes in the audience could get extra turned on when Peter and Wendy make out.
Killabunga has to be one of the fakes. Liefeld could never think of something that fun.
God, I loved those "Supreme" books. For my money, they did the same thing "All Star Superman" did, only better and a decade earlier.
You're probably right. Either way, "banana dick" and "your girl go apeshit" is brilliant
Righteous anger aside, my favorite lyric so far has to be:
"I got a banana dick/
'cause your girl go apeshit when she hit it"
"Focus Tested: The Movie"
They're mostly ad executives, and the rest are lawyers or agents (but not Hollywood agents; they're literary agents, because that's classier.) And every single goddamned one of them needs to learn to spend more time with their kids.
I don't use the word "hero" very often, but you are the greatest hero in American History.
