@bobmarley101: They also might be able to turn the tail rotor off to be quieter.
@FrankenPC: The counter-rotating lift blades mean you don't need a sideways-facing tail rotor. I guess the backward-facing tail rotor just helps it go faster (or fastest, in this case).
