NYC is likely one of the safest large cities in America. Nowadays, it’s quite clean and has a nice mix of modern and older architecture. Since 2010, it has been undergoing a building boom and the skyline has changed by a noticeable amount.

Being undocumented is not a crime in and of itself. Improper entry into the US is a crime; however, since those covered under DACA were not given a choice regarding their decision to improperly enter the US, they would not be subject to criminal action, only civil penalties.
