Exterior I’d probably go with night blue or black. I like the two-tone interior as well, but I’m a big fan of brown, so natural leather in espresso/cognac would be my pick. I’m ok with splurging a bit on the interior. Good call on the mahogany! Manual of course. I’d keep it pretty basic and skip all the packages.

Because it’s the best!

The train will not take me door to door where I want, when I want. That's why I use uber.

I don’t like it. It’s ugly. Very mid-90s Dodge. Like some sort of weird Stratus.

Yeah but it’s still FWD, and in my opinion a Lincoln (or any big luxury sedan for that matter) should never be FWD. At least the K900 has the proper wheels driven. As does the Genesis, which I think is one of the best values in the market.

I completely agree with you, it is a Ford Mustang Shelby GT350R. Yes, Ford (and everyone else) is wrong.

Agreed. Something like this should do it.

Yes. It’s stupid, IMO, and sounds awkward, like some kind of joint venture between Mercedes and AMG, whereas AMG is actually a wholly owned subsidiary of Daimler and has been since 2005. I don't get it.

How much ya wanna bet BMW just says “ah, fuck it” and drops the manual all together?

Serious question: is it technologically possible to pair this hybrid drivetrain with a manual transmission? Is this the death of the manual M3?

I know it’s already too late, but #COTD because this is so, so true.

It even has its own airline, something we will discuss in great detail in an upcoming Flight Club special feature

I’ve always thought the Cadillac SRX’s proportions are just terrible. Honorable mention to all the “luxury” cars Lincoln has tried to build on a FWD Taurus or Fusion platform. That dash-to-axle ratio says it all.

According to Wikipedia, it is. Apparently it’s the G55 “extralong,” it's fuckin awesome, and more than one exists. I can find very little out there on them. You should do a story about it.

Mercedes G-Wagen: Primitive, so much capability the AMG version literally trips over itself on and off-road, so garish you need another radar detector just to watch out for the Fashion Police.

Love these. I’d be content to save a few grand and pick up a well kept SL500 from the same era.
