Sold our little craftsman style “starter home” at the absolute wrong time (2010). The buyers inspector noted a few things like a loose porch railing, some open junction boxes in the basement.

“Well, what are you doing creeping around a cow shed at two o’clock in the morning? That doesn’t sound very wise to me.”
I was expecting “If there’s a steady paycheck in it, believe anything they say.”
Cart size: We have been going to the same Giant Eagle in NE Ohio for 10+ years and they recently went from metal to plastic carts. The plastic are WAY better in terms of how smooth they roll, etc - but they are also a good 10-20% smaller.
So taking photos is ok? Asking for a friend.
The last two things I have that run on gas is my 4yr old Honda mower and my snow blower. I will def get a DeWalt when (if) the Honda dies, but for now what has worked perfect for me for both 4-cycle engines is putting a tiny amount of enzymatic Star Tron in my main gas can. I, too, prefer LastPass - but what I like most about them over Google’s is they are not platform dependent. I like being able to open the LP app on my phone to call up any type of secure info (credit card number, kids social security number, etc, etc).
So who threw away more? K2 or Josh Gordon?
“Daddy is this gonna hurt?” “Well, it’s definitely going to pinch, but only for a few seconds. It might burn a little afterwards.”
We used the “jiggy chair” (as we called it) for all three of our kids. Bummer that these are now considered dangerous. We only used it for naps during the day, but they were magic.
