Aging fuel lines combined with ethanol in the fuel?

They don’t give us much to go on, but I would guess fuel lines aging and cracking.  It has happened to me before, and some vehicles are particularly prone.  Really, this seems like a pretty decent life for non-metal materials constantly soaked in fuel.

And maybe some of them are using the situation to get new, cheaper, more desperate workers, willing to work in unsafe conditions for a lot less money, since the labor supply is a lot higher now.  I hope you are right, but life has taught me considerable cynicism where a dollar is concerned.

My company is struggling to wrap it’s head around the concept that you can do your entire job remotely. From the laptop and cell phone they already provided you with so they can always reach you haha.

It’s the complete opposite isn’t it? By not showing Universal films, they will immediately go to VOD where consumers can watch them in their homes.

direct to streaming TV Cable VHS DVD is what consumers want. The theatre model was dying. with exorbinant liscense fees the theatres had to compensate with high consession prices thus the beginning of the end.

I do not understand the ire and absolute rage that movie theaters inspire in Internet commenters. Home video has existed for literally decades. If you don’t like going to the movie theaters... just don’t go to the movie theaters. And the theater-to-digital window is the shortest it has ever been. Read more
