I’m in colorado, and I pretty much laugh at people that *swear* they need awd (subaru’s) here....

I do not.... I drive a stock GTI, so I’m not the person to ask regarding after-market shops... Unless you’re looking for a ducati-based race bike.. then I know some great guys... lol
Well... two potential reasons for that:
Same difference... turbo, supercharged.. whatever the method, forced induction for the win here.
At 9000 ft in elevation a NA engine will lose ~30% of it’s power. But a turbo-charged engine will only lose 10%....
I had a similar experience—- popped a little air off a berm on a mtn trail, front wheel came down in some mud and washed out— Ended up packing it in (hard) with the bike on my foot- My foot/ankle were black and blue for weeks— it it wasn’t for my boots, zero chance that wouldn’t of ended up breaking my ankle/foot.....
As Cononobrennan said, it’s not for the gore- it’s for watching and learning from others’ mistakes.
Two things I’d add:
I dunno.... Looking kinda dumb...
Totally.. not a suv fan at all... hate the body roll and general handling characteristics of the big cars/trucks... But then took a new vw touareg out for an afternoon and was floored by how composed it was....
Hahah that shifter!! Someone’s been watching too many ken block videos......!!
DON’T TAKE THIS FROM ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YAY! A news story in 2017 with a happy ending!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah I’ve spent time on several different harleys. I still scratch my head at how they sell a single bike... I was appalled at the handling characteristics.
Oh.. it’s not “inferior” it’s for a “different purpose”
Harley motors need 1800 cc’s to eek out 100 Hp... EVERY other motorcycle company pretty much does that output with half the displacement....
Chevy Nova. It wasn’t selling at all in Latin America. GM couldn’t figure it out till someone pointed out that in Spanish, “va” is a conjugation of “to go”.
Go pick up a used Duc Monster.....
Except for the oil leak problems with the new motors...............
