Minnesota resident (not native Minnesotan). Went to undergrad in Iowa during the 1996 and 2000 campaign seasons, and I will vouch that Iowans claiming superiority....ugh. There are nice things in Iowa. But not superior. Claims of Iowa progressiveness in particular are highly overstated/overrated.
