now they just need to find someone who will trade them an extra basketball
This is the most ridiculous RedAction in Cincy since Marge Schott said Hitler was good at the beginning, but went too far.
My body redacted nothing for several days after eating Skyline.
What? Are they building a gate to the Upside Down underneath Paul Brown or something??
The county’s lawyer in the negotiations insisted to the Enquirer that making public these public documents would “place the county and its taxpayers at a competitive disadvantage.”
My first thought was “WTF were they thinking?!”
Outraged at the attempt to suppress information, especially with new knowledge that 57 of those pages detail what Skyline Chili does to the human body. Outraged
making public these public documents would “place the county and its taxpayers at a competitive disadvantage.”
I wanted to ungrey this because, well, selfishly, it gets to the heart of my point and allows me to rebut a person filled with false-confidence head-on because he/she clearly read one Boston Globe Article entitled “For Jared Remy, Leniency was the Rule Until One Lethal Night” and that’s it (he/she mimics, verbatim,…
I lived in Boston at the time, and remember that this story is so much worse than Jerry makes out to be (not surprising). Jared just got arrested for domestic violence against Jen and once he was released on bail he immediately the next day went back to their home and stabbed her multiple times throughout the house.
On a related note, I ate at Jerry Remy’s restaurant in Logan Airport a few weeks ago. I had a steak and veggies. It was just okay.
If these walls could talk; you’d probably hate their accent.
Mexico really choked them out in our end
My god, I know it’s been a criticism of Bradley for a few years now, but my god can he no longer handle any kind of high pressure on him with the ball. I expected him to curl up in fetal position versus Mexico. Even his constant back passes were off the mark. He is beyond finished at this level. I’ll admit to not…
I have been saying this from when it seemed plausible both would run. At first glance, I think Bernie should go ahead and do this for the reasons you state he shouldn’t have run, but now I’m wondering if it would be more potent for him to do it later. I dunno.
I’m just gonna go ahead and say that Bernie should do what he should’ve done before he announced his 2020 candidacy (his 2016 run was fine—and necessary): Step aside for Warren, and be the elder statesman he’s earned the right to be.
Not everyone needs to be President. Shit, President isn’t even the strongest office in…
Westbrook was better than Melo ever was, but nonetheless, I feel like his career’s going to wind down in almost exactly the same fashion. He’ll be a wildly overpriced albatross for a couple of years, and then he’ll be the veteran that someone signs because maybe he’s still got some life in him, but instead his…
Why wouldn’t teams want to take a low-percentage shot and a low-percentage shot and a low-percentage shot and a low-percentage shot and a low-percentage shot with Westbrook?
