“Crisis on Earth-X” is still the gold standard.

It would be justified if ‘Brina has a one-line tossed off excuse as to how she’s back from being dead - as she was at the downer ending/blown cliffhanger of her own series.
Meet the new cast of Willow has a couple solid laffs.
This could also be part of the “Fuck, we can’t work the crew 16 hours a day anymore - (sigh) - Ok... let’s rework the fucking schedule and ad in a few weeks of reshoots. Work ‘em 12 hours a day for a year or two until everybody forgets we agreed to this.” situation.
I was surprised (so far) too that Doom Patrol didn’t get a “Finale” mention. I think they got a “pre-air” note this season.
I just watched Doom Patrol’s season 3 Finale. So, that’s on tonight too. Gomez was good. This, Sabrina, and The Flight Attendant makes her kind of a WB player now. Each role improved a little, I think. Mdm Rouge and Rita’s drunk scene earlier in the season was a standout.
Caity shown bright in this latest episode too. In close-up scenes my heart again went pitter-pat.
Certainly B&D would fit in with the crew. Fans want it - but would showrunners react as though it would be too "fan-service-y." Idk.
The show wrote themselves into a corner with the Totem. The only way out is through. I’m glad that once they had Cat Grant, they used her really well (long distance notwithstanding). Still, makes me wonder if this and other CW shows are required to blow all their surprise cameos in the opening credits.
I just watched it too.
What’s also funny - or interesting, anyway - is that when you add in the Arrowverse, Bertantiverse, and all the animated shows. DC’s output is huge compared to the MCU - its just that DC, now, is of a mindset set where if the audience decides they hate something, then it’s “whatever - move on to the next thing.” Where…
My two guesses that are helping Eternals are sales with women and girls: Madden is a stone-cold hottie.
I was wondering how they were going to bridge Maine’s Stephen King Horror House with El & the Byers ... Spring Break is a good enough way to go, I suppose. Aren't they filming S4 & S5 back-to-back?
Gizmodo’s iO9 ... I think.
*Showtime exec at lunch.
I think it goes with a mentality that “Well, I pay many tens of thousands of dollars to this guy at an ultra exclusive, ”cutting-edge,” Uber-Private, sports spa-clinic, who massages me with mint oil and drones on and on 24/7 about how THIS is what real medical science should be. A Balance of shaman rituals and power…
