Plus there’s 4 or 5 Green Lanterns. I think Stargirl just cast one too.

The natural seeming thing would be to say goodbye to all of Team Flash and keep Barry and Iris for a CW Justice League show. Diggle - Green Lantern ... Maybe Dreamer & Brainy ... Who else? Frost maybe. A Batperson of some sort.

I kind of feel like Wanda in the cabin at the end - doing the disassociative speed-study/mind-body split method implies that, by this point, she’s already met Strange and he’s taught her one of his signature moves.

This is awesome. I like playing a similar game called “Who’s the Scoob?” Similar dynamic to the Wizard of Oz cast. Sports broadcasts like to impose this dynamic on NFL and MLB teams too. Great stuff. I’m going to have to watch more of these.

So if this were an 80's cop drama starring oh... let’s say Mel Gibson. It tracks that by about this time he would be taken off the case because, “You’re getting too close to the case Mel! Your work is getting sloppy! And my god! You shouldn’t have beat the hell out of a suspect. He’s lawyering up. YOU’RE OFF THE CASE!

Yeah, because they haven’t said what the book is about yet.

Same with The Night of...

Then Space Age Love Song. Yeah, interesting choices. Very bar appropriate, though.

Jessica Harper also took over for Susan Sarandon in Shock Treatment (the Rocky Horror sequel!) and that flopped too. Hardly anyone knows it exists. It’s good though imho - it hits similar Truman Show themes as Brad and Janet become TV celebrities in another mad scientist’s evil plot. I often wonder if Rocky Horror and

Yeah, Roxana may just be doubling down on her Stay Observation theme/catch phrase. But to be (exceedingly) fair, the show may be reaching for some later-run double meaning. If True and the sentient ship are time travelers, and the endgame of the series is to “solve” the problems created in the premier, then one

I’m glad Andrew Scott is getting more juice to his career. After seeing the promo for Oslo I wondered if HBO packaged a deal with Scott and Ruth Wilson: “Appear in His Dark Materials and we’ll give you the leads in Oslo.” Or some sort contract deal including all of the above. Augie may well have been developed with

We need a top 20 ranking of all of Dern’s nutzo performances. I can’t lie though, he’s better than he has to be in this.

“Swing a cat!”

A whole bunch of this.

Like the grumps that insist that Up is all about its first half hour and then nada, I find myself being a grump about TS3: It’s all about its last half hour and everything before that was a “meh.” Barbie and Ken? The prison break sequence reminded me too much of what the first movie did better. I don’t deny the

My biggest complaint with Season 1 is that it was aggressively average. At least until Mick and Leonard move center stage near the end. There’s plenty of Flash worse than LoT S1.

I like what they did with Leonard and Mick by the end of S1. I think S1 sketched out on paper probably looked better than how it ultimately came out.

This is what I did. I jumped on at Season 3, watched to current, then decided to go back on Netflix and watch Season 2. Since I had heard Season 1 sucked, but I didn’t want to be lost going into Season 2, I watched the last 3 episodes of Season 1, then proceeded ... and rewatched everything available from there.
