This still works as, other than press tours, Bettany and Cumberbatch never shared any screen time.

This.
I mean Quake is back in. Jessica Jones is back in. A little from “Column A” ... a little from “Column B.” Disney doesn’t have to explain anything, really. I kinda hope they don’t. This is a little too meta for me. If you’re perfectly well enthralled in a show, and the show suddenly has you thinking about studio…
Cool theory. It would be heavy with flashbacks if they went this way. Or, maybe not ... one good multi-episode arc of the show - set in the past - could get you there.
Unless he’s a prick to work with, in which case, sure. But he was fantastic in Nocturnal Animals. I tend to think he might yet have a cameo at some point.
If Monica is powered, it might be her energy that killed her mom. (Guilt!) And then she still blames CM for acquiring powers. Or exposing both mother and daughter to something in outer space or whatnot.
Babe 2: Pig in the City topped his last list that year!
Even though they’re both computer animated Bug-based ANT COLONY based movies, they’re kind of an Apples to Oranges type comparison as far as story and tone.
A little bit of love for Antz, c’mon. It’s the only Woody Allen movie I can stand to watch these days. That scene after the battle where Allen finds Danny Glover’s head is a blissful shot of dark humor.
Season 5 Finale of The Expanse on Amazon is on tonight.
He was everywhere and on everything to a degree that in the 70's and 80's you weren’t so much introduced to him in one thing or the other, more like he just appeared out of the either as though he had always existed. “Oh that guy! Grandfatherly guy. Southern. Yeah, I like him in everything. Hal, okay. It’s an easy to…
Did Rome drop from availability? That’s one of the crown jewels.
The first thing I jumped at this month on HBO Max:
It wasn’t necessarily like Monica got shot a hundred yards through the air either, even though it was “visualized” that way. She was being ejected from a pocket universe. She may, in reality, have only been five feet inside the anomaly the whole time. (Or five feet inside and nine feet floating in the air.)
I read they were going to do a “The Office” episode ... and I hope I read that wrong because ugh.
I made peace with the Prometheus dingbats: They were all basically like answering an ad on Craig’s List to go on that mission. Sketchy mission. Private money. Not... the cream of the crop as far as support players go.
I like this take. I wondered, if this was all Wanda’s creation, why and how we would get to see Vision’s POV scenes independent of her experiences. The flash of zombie-Vision might have been a purposeful warning from a third party: “Don’t break the spell... you don’t want to return to this (Yikes!) do you?”
That was my take too. They can’t leave because Vision can not exist anywhere else (for now).
Maybe they’ll set it in 2005.
Unless it was actually 7... then really well done, D.
