Love it. Canadian here not afraid of getting shot every time I go out. Guns don't kill people, but people with guns sure do kill a lot.

Demand for EVs will grow exponentially fast in the next 5 years. Any traditional ICE manufacturer spending less than 90% of R&D on pure EVs will be former auto manufacturers within 10 years. There is every reason to rush into EVs.
Canada replies - way to cherry pick one case while tens of thousands of others can’t afford the diagnostic let alone the treatment costs. We live longer, are happier (ya, they survey that) and as a society pay less than half what you do for socialized medicine. “Socialist” - can’t have it in ‘Merica. Our health insuran…

Yes, they will continue to lose market share and will stabilize at 25% by 2032 - that will mean they’ll be selling 20 million cars a year.
I owed the exact same Subaru! And now I own a BMW i3 (I like different looking cars). And having owned an electric car I will NEVER buy an ICE car again - there is so much to love about electric cars. Electric retro Subaru - absolutely!
A few years back I rented a Jeep Compass - it took me less than 5 minutes to determine that it was the worst piece of junk had ever driven. I understood then why Chrysler went bankrupt; it may well take me longer than forever to figure out why someone would actually buy one.
Bought a 1983 Hyundai Pony (the were sold in Canada before the US). My friends were perplexed - why not get a poor man’s “Vette”. Because 1. Chev cost more. 2. Chev was less powerful. 3. Chev was smaller. 4. Chev was a known piece of junk. I couldn’t go wrong. I made a wise decision.
