But Bana also hasn't been the complete letdown that Butler has either. At least Eric Bana is usually good, even if his film choices aren't. Butler has proven that his one decent role was a fluke.

I loved Gerard Butler in Dear Frankie, and kept waiting and expecting him to do something else that was actually worth while, but I think it's clear that was a fluke (or that the general charm of that film is really what seduced me).
