Excuse me, Pump up the Volume is not a terrible Christian Slater film, it is a wonderful, life-changing Christian Slater film, and if you don't agree with that, then fifteen-year-old me would like a word.

Already exists as a tumblr if that helps: http://petecampbellsbitchfa…
Best bit in that wikipedia article - she found out about trepanation from someone who "published a scroll on the topic".
D'oh.
I agree with most of the review, but I loved the scene of Gisla going to pray - the masks were so striking, and the way everyone stared, and Gisla looked all around while the other woman just marched eyes-front.
Outlander is back, hooray! That's already been posted downthread several times but I'm excited enough that I need to post it again! I had forgotten it returned this week, so it was a very welcome surprise to see the header picture here.

Aww, he looks so lost. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.
I love Springsteen's live versions of Youngstown - it's a pretty laid back song on the album, but a big raucous rocker live. https://www.youtube.com/wat…

Yep.
I saw a gay Romeo and Juliet stage production at uni (and I'm sure it was far from the first).
I did cackle out loud when Stefan's motorbike fell apart - that was great.
Interested to see what twists the cure brings - despite all the talk about Bonnie travelling (and Damon planning to travel) to the island for Ketsia's (sp?) blood, it never occurred to me that someone could also fetch the cure, so well done show for that.
To keep her out of the other side, where all the dead supernatural folks are (were), I believe?
