They said Captain America: Civil War had already started filming before Daredevil was on Netflix. I seriously doubt they had already filmed the scene where Tony Stark meets Peter Parker for the first time. They EASILY could have slipped in Tony Stark saying: "Well it was either you or the Devil of Hell's Kitchen so…"…
