Wow, we just watched this and it was horrible. Most of the casting was straight out of generic TV actors central (all abs, no acting ability). None of the characters were compelling, basic storytelling was botched and we were so bored we started pointing out the cheesy dialogue in the second half.

Huh. I've seen so many of these, had no idea it was a big thing.

I read an excerpt and thought it was quite good. I worked in Silicon Valley for 10 years and it captured some of the odd culture very well.

I thought his defense of it was ridiculous. Rather than look at the flaws it's all about how people have it in for Sorkin.

The Newsroom was pretty hacky too. Maybe Sorkin (plus Schlamme) really hit something with The West Wing and is never going to find that lightning in a bottle again.

No way this sells for $3.8 million. The people auctioning it can "hope" it goes for that all they want. It won't. It'll sell for alot less if it even reaches the minimum.

He was brilliant.

I think the dancing skeletons and the music/sound fx are not getting their due. They're a major reason the sketch works so well.

That's part of what I enjoy about the show. The 4 main characters are absolutely terrible people and I think the show doesn't flinch from that.

His work on The Crown is excellent. Really adds to the atmosphere.

I think he's been excellent on Girls. Nice to see him in a good part like that.

I like the videos and the songs. Sue me!

I love Transparent except for Shelly. Judith Light is acting in a different TV show from everyone else and it's painful to watch. She's doing 90s sitcom timing and mugging and everyone else is acting something modern and interesting.

If he would just come out and get out of the Kardashian family mess, I bet he'd feel better.
