"Well, I THOUGHT so!…I THOUGHT so!"

BSG is a really good show (for the first two seasons or so), but Mary McDonnell is what makes it a great show at times.

Ms Ballerina covered a Magnetic Fields song and score a country music hit?! Wow, the times they are a-changin'

I think Josh is one of the oddest main characters in a great TV show. He is horrible at his job and a complete fuck up generally…yet i think the acting is very good and I am fond of the character. How he got or kept his job is beyond me though.

For $15,000 I'd be happy to…actually, no I wouldn't.

Anyone else get an Electric Warrior vibe from the artwork?

Two guys who look like Jeffrey Tambor and Steve Buscemi and a woman who looks like Olga Kurylenko. Oh, Hollywood, you rascal!

The man on camera, the woman producing him behind the camera bit worked in Broadcast News because he was dumb and she was smart. It really didn't work in Newsroom because she was dumb and he was smart and full of himself. Sounds like it doesn't work here either.

Considering the way The West Wing had some of its best episodes after Sorkin left, I've been starting to wonder if that Sorkin thing is even a thing.

I agree. There are a couple of songs on Avery island that blow me away to this day.

As others have noted: this is an odd article. It seems to be more about the writer than about the band or album.

His voice is a big part of why I love the songs, but I can totally understand why someone would feel the exact opposite.

Advice to UPITT:

Seeeeeeee-grams, golden wine coolers! They're wet and they're dry - oh my my my!

There was a time when you could sell 87 Topps Joyners and Cansecos, but Topps printed a TON of the 87 set and so the peak prices on those lasted a very short period of time (a few months maybe).

Well, those cards were selling for $2 in a card shop back then. But those prices listed in Beckett were generally the full retail price.

To be fair, the cost of the labor is only a few pennies.

Look around your room…any origami?

If that Annex song is indicative of he quality of this show…then I need to find a way to watch.

Up isn't a great film, but that opening is sublime.
