I love your pieces, Michael. But it’s a bit of a leap to say this ruling makes it okay for businesses to discriminate based upon race. Supreme Court decisions are so narrow, for the most part, that I don’t see the clear line here. They already ruled against hate speech. I just don’t get the leap. Please explain.
