He actually just go an update in issue #38. It resembles the new 52 costume slightly while being less busy. The boots are more of a classic design. I'm fine with no trunks. The red belt off-sets it just fine.

We can also say the same for people crying out for race/gender-swapping any established I.P. I think people who call for this kind of stuff usually ignore what's already around them because they're either too lazy to look for it or are simply oblivious. The 'change Spider-Man's race' debate immediately comes to mind.

As long as this sort of thing doesn't pop up all throughout the game, I don't have a problem with it. If anything it's kind of silly. And it's not new to SE either. All the flip phones they used in Advent Children were real phones that were popular in Japan at the time and were used for advertising. Granted it's not

At least the Game Gear lasted more than an hour. The Nomad required an entire city block and a small farm of turbines powered by thousands of hamsters just to get 30 minutes.

A lot of games have different categories for speedrunning. Games like Mario 64 include categories like 80 star, 120 star and Any%, the latter of which this game would fall under. Simply put, there's a ton of different ways speedrunners like to run games and IMO, the glitch runs are some of the most entertaining. Like

I respect the technology, but I can't see myself wanting to be that hooked into a device that it stays on my face for hours on end. If arcades were bigger, I feel like that's where they should go.

I guess I see your point. I guess the figure collecting scene never really clicked with me. There just seems to be a lot of mania around these particular figures.

So I get that Amiibo have in-game uses and everything. I get how that my seem incentive enough to buy them. But the in-game uses aren't all that important IMO, or crucial to completing games. Other than that they just turn into collectible figures, which really are a dime a dozen anyway.

I was about to drop money on a PS4 immediately when I saw Dissidia. But then.......

I'll admit that there were moments that seemed slower than the rest of the series, but I feel like the big, heart-felt moments in the series far outweighed them. And I do believe the original to be the better of the two, but Brotherhood has plenty to like.

Mondo Cool!

And I can respect that. As with all media, there's usually a lot more crap than there are gems. No one venue is exempt. As of right now I've been a lot more engrossed with American comics and TV shows since there really are a lot of great ones to be had at the moment (like seriously, if you're into superhero comics,

I wouldn't say it's much of a generalization at all. I know that I don't keep up with current anime much, but I do occasionally glance at the anime articles on this site, usually the "anime to watch this season, etc." and from my perspective, there doesn't seem to be a lot of diversity between any of them. Most of

Oh man. I would argue that it's more gut-wrenching than the original. The funeral scene...*shivers*

Although it does include some fan service (only very early on in the series), Soul Eater is an extremely fun show. They take the tired high school anime tropes, flip them upside down, give it a Halloween theme, and illustrate some of the most ridiculous action I've ever seen. It has a great leading female character

I'm more or less in the same boat with you. Growing up with Toonami and Adult Swim really did introduce me to a slew of great anime shows. And most of them seriously stand the test of time. I think I can firmly say that there will never be another anime that can top Cowboy Bebop in terms of quality and creativity.

Like I said, it was right before and about a year or so after his election when the whole "Obama-Mania" craze was at it's height. Yes people were criticizing him even then, but those individuals were usually attacked for it pretty frequently. Fast forward a few years and the climate is much different because people

You're exactly right, and what's funny is that even him being bi-racial (which no one reading for the first time would even think twice about) has zero to do with his overall character development. Like, it literally doesn't say anything about him. By all accounts he's just any normal kid. I think Miles cracked a joke

This 100%. We need original characters who have voices of their own and can make an impression without carrying a title as heavy as Spider-Man. Kamala Kahn is the perfect example of this concept done right. She did take an old name, but it's one that's been abandoned for a few years now and she's successfully made it

I never read the original series, but ever since they brought Miguel back in Superior Spider-Man, he's been pretty great. He's had his own ongoing series that's been very entertaining and he's had a pretty big role to play in Spider-Verse. Seeing a futuristic Spider-Man on film would be very exciting.
